What We Transformed: Replaced Roof with New Shingles

Roofs need replacing about every 20 years, and in Pennsylvania it's even more often because of the harsh weather. We redid this roof for my own single family home in Oxford by stripping the existing roof, taking care of the demo and the haul away of old shingles and other debris. Just days later we were installing brand new, weather-resistant shingles in light gray. Putting a new roof on this house not only protected my family's investment, but it was a simple and affordable way to upgrade my home and increase the resale value.

We know it might seem strange to feature our own homes in our portfolio, but we want you to see we treat all homes like they are our own. This is our owner's home, Steve Ross, and of course his wife Julie always has a project for him! Here we replaced the roof, which in Pennsylvania with our weather means you'll need to replace it once every 20 years. We started by stripping the existing roof, taking care of the demo and hauling away old shingles as well as other debris. Days later we were installing brand new, weather-resistant shingles in light black. Putting a new roof on this home not only protected our family's investment, but it was a simple and affordable way to upgrade the resale value of the property. Additionally, we upgraded the floors from carpet to wood and added an interior wall which made for the perfect home office.
