What We Transformed: Basement and Gym

Renovating an unfinished basement in our community is something many homeowners dream about, and the Johns family went for the gold on this one. We sat together and laid it out so that when we got to the design-build phase, we knew exactly what they wanted in the space, a giant family room with a pool table, big screen TV, cozy couch, and two small, private spaces for storage and a home gym. We added an additional 1,300 square feet of living space to this home which will come with unlimited memories in this new space.
